BB’s Cafe is SO good. I’m so happy that my loved ones and I were able to find a soul food place near home. The service is great and they make you feel very welcomed. The food is 10/10 and reminds me of my grandma’s cooking. I highly recommend going there!
The best Chicken n Waflles, love this place.. never miss a chance to go when we are in town. The food is so unique, chicken is crispy, juicy, coating is a family recipe, tabasco sauce is tangy, the waffles are thick, fluffy and tasty!!! Can't be duplicated!!!
This quaint place is such a vibe! I hunt everywhere for chicken and waffles. From Pann’s, Roscoe’s, to Sylvia’s in Harlem, and LET ME TELL YOU this place is up there! It’s hard to find a spot that has the nice soft waffle with a great flavored batter paired with a succulent chicken that has that homestyle breading. I love to feel like I’m in grand mamma’s kitchen and this plate knocked it out of the park! I can’t believe I didn’t know about this place sooner. Can’t wait to go back and try the BBQ!
My second time at BB's Cafe and it's definitely one of my favorite spots. The food is fantastic and the people here are so kind. Favorite so far is Catfish & Waffle combo, but everything is good!

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with welcoming smiles and the inviting smell of delicious food that draws you right in. I tried their Big Daddy Burrito, and let me tell you—it was absolutely phenomenal. Stuffed with perfectly smoked meats and just the right amount of sauce, it’s the perfect BBQ burrito. But the star of the show was their Smoked Brisket Sandwich paired with mac 'n' cheese and BBQ beans—an absolute flavor explosion! The atmosphere is fantastic too. The music playlist is on point, creating the perfect vibe while you enjoy your meal. And the customer service? Exceptional! They went above and beyond, sharing all the details about their food and even gave me a sample of their amazing greens. I left full, but still wanting more because everything was just that good! If you know the expression, "the cook put their foot in it..." when food is good... At BB's, they put their entire leg in it! (I'm literally doing the Stanky Leg dance) The food is a throwback to Georgia / Louisiana flavors, and so is the hospitality. The catfish was light and crispy. The greens were cooked well with the slight notes of smoked pork. The Mac & cheese was balanced and cheesy, not heavy or greasy. The waffles... oh my the waffles, it's a must try! BB's makes Roscoe's look and taste like Clifton's cafeteria food... so much better. Such a diamond, I doubled my order TO-GO. IYKYK... Now you know, so GO!
